Loft

Divided in two floors, the loft spaces succeed without physical barriers, by levels of intimacy. An unusually thick wall – containing all services and vertical accesses – stands with its massive presence by the entrance. Organising the space, it divides the circulation from the intimate spaces, allowing the crossing of the house by the students who need to reach the small dance academy pavilion at the end of the garden.
