Temporary Bar 2.0 together with Teresa Otto

Temporary Bar 2.0 appears by the challenge made by The London Design Festival to Diogo Aguiar and Teresa Otto.
The Temporary Bar they held in 2008, while still students, had recently a strong recognition and admiration in the media, especially abroad, which led to the invitation of The London Design Festival (LDF) for their participation in this event 2010 edition.
The proposal made by the architects for this event is based, as intended by the LDF, in the same principles of the referred bar: a pop-up bar made of translucent storage boxes of different depths, illuminated by LEDS from the inside, drastically changing its appearance from day to night.
The bar will be set up at Liverpool Street (which is intended to be closed for the event, at least during the weekend) near by the Andaz Liverpool Street (HYATT group) that is responsible for its management during the nine days of the event.
